The typologies of rooms are three, Suite, Superior room or Junior room. The Suites are the rooms big, comparable for dimensions to an apartment. The Superior rooms are really spacious and besides the bed room have also a wide hall. The Juniors rooms do not have the hall, but they are any way very comfortable.

	The Residenza d'Arte is situated in the town of Torrita di Siena, a 14th century village in stone a few kilometers from Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano, and Cortona. It rises majestically on a splendid hill surrounded by cypresses and age-old olive trees, which act as picture frames for the stupendous panorama. As soon as you cross the gate of this historic dwelling, you embark on an artistic and poetic experience that is a perfect fusion between the harmony of nature and the harmony of contemporary art, intelligently combined so as to make the Residenza d'Arte a unique place to stay. The reception desk is in a large and pleasant hall where old beams and stone walls vibrate in a moving dance together with numerous pictoral, sculptural, and design works of art.
