While from the hills covered with life the wines can be tasted more appreciated of the world as the Brunello of Montalcino, the Chianti, the Noble of Montepulciano and the Vernaccia of St. Gimignano. It’s in these products the essence of the Tuscany kitchen and senese particularly dictated by the character and by the habits of the people, dishes and wines that suit him for the different seasons.
